How do you deliver editing feedback?

Unlike some other platforms, we don't force you to use clunky editing tools or copy/paste thousands of words. Our editors are experts in most common writing tools, and we're happy to work with the tools you're already used to using.

Here's a list of the platforms we support for editing:

If you don't see your current writing tool above, don't fret—just ask your editor!

Your Chatty editor will leave their feedback using the Tracked Changes functionality (if available) in your chosen writing tool, or you can save time and have them make their edits directly to the document (subject to additional fees). They'll also leave a handy checklist at the top of every document with feedback on clarity, style, structure, and search, along with high-level recommendations and suggestions for improving the document further.
